Doula International Women Association was founded in 2016. While living abroad, I had the wonderful global opportunity to help mothers in their birthing experience. I realized that it was important to incorporate the cultural, ethical, and spiritual needs into the birthing experience. At D. I .W. A we provide holistic care that is organic to each client.

Birthing Packages
Our approach for our birthing mothers is to Empower, Educate and Advocate to ensure the best experience. We always support our clients with scientific and evidence based information. We also provide support using music therapy, healing through movement and meal preparation. Our services are designed to be customized to meet the unique needs of every mother in order to Birth Innately Your Own Way.
Premium Birthing Package
This package is designed for all expecting mothers and their partners and will provide all the essentials to support the birthing process. We will provide emotional, mental and physical support that will empower you to create the birth experience that you want.
Each visit will include a wellness and planning check in, as well as physical work (breathing and stretching exercises, practicing labor positions and partner supports, etc). You will be given tools to thrive within your pregnancy, birth and postpartum journey!
This package includes:
1 Initial consultation and Birth plan (we will discuss the role of a birth Doula as an emotional, mental and physical support person who provides resources and information as a NON-MEDICAL professional. All medical advice should be given to you by your Midwife or OBGYN.

The Elite doula package provides you with everything needed to cater to the additional needs of a birthing mother. With additional face to face visits, and postpartum visit, this straight forward doula package provides just the right amount of support but includes extra to enhance the birthing experience and reduce the stress on the birthing mother and partner. My postpartum visit also includes a breastfeeding consultation.
